2. Information Collected by ChatDBA

We need to collect the following user information for service purposes:

  • 2.1 Account Information: When you apply to use the platform, you will need to provide your email address and a verification code to complete registration and login (or password recovery). To ensure your access to the service, we will record this information (user-uploaded avatar information).
  • 2.2 Conversation Information: When using the platform’s services, we will collect all data input by you during product interaction (e.g., user-uploaded images (chat images), conversation history).
  • 2.3 Feedback Information: To ensure service quality and stability, we collect your feedback on generated content while you are using the platform’s services.
  • 2.4 Device Information and Personal User Identifiers: When you use our services, third-party SDKs may be involved. These SDKs may request access to your device permissions to provide and maintain functionality across different mobile devices or third-party platforms. These permissions may include, but are not limited to, obtaining your device information (e.g., IMEI, unique device identifier, device MAC address - SID, Android ID, OAID). 3. Privacy Policy of Third-Party SDKs

    • Purpose: Used for payment services
    • Personal information involved:
      • Identifiers: Name (first name/last name), signature/electronic signature, mailing address, email address, phone number, IP address, driver's license number/other government numbers (GST/VAT), tax-exempt status, bank account, debit/credit card number and information, customer identity.
      • Internet or similar network activity: Browsing history, search history, interactions with our consumers and our websites, apps, and/or ads, including (1) buyer usage activities (e.g., adding/removing products at checkout, currency used for purchase) and analytics, and (2) supplier platform usage activities (e.g., submissions, clicking navigation links, video usage and duration, page views, search requests, time spent on pages, cursor movements, clicks on any "Get Support" or "Sign Up" buttons) and analytics.
      • Commercial information: Records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered.
      • Geolocation data: Location of individuals and devices accessing our website.

4. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Information

  • 4.1 With your explicit consent, we may share your personal information (e.g., email address) with third parties to provide you with convenient business services.

  • 4.3 We may disclose your personal information in the following circumstances: legal requirements, protection of our or others' rights, property, or safety, enforcement or defense of our rights, response to emergencies, etc.

5. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information

  • 5.1 With your explicit consent, your information (including personal data) will be processed in the company’s offices and at any other locations where the parties involved in processing are located. This means that information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
